The session aimed to grow the non-technical aspects of leadership and to help participants more effectively create from within, from others, and from their environments in an ever-changing and increasingly chaotic world. The webinar aimed to provide participants with insights and tools for how to be creative leaders rather than reactive participants throughout their careers. The workshop worked to help participants dive into their inner resources to overcome systemic barriers, create pathways for innovation and change, and capitalize on learning opportunities created by disappointment, frustration, and the failure that will be inevitable in international aid careers.
