Whether you are looking to engage fellow alumni, connect with students, or volunteer with Colonials in your community, we have an opportunity for you. Learn about the variety of ways that you can get involved and find rewarding activities that meet your interests, experience, and schedule.

Serve as a professional resource for students on GW Career Connect
Recruit/Hire a GW student for an internship or job
Assist with new student recruitment in the U.S. and internationally
Host a career workshop for students
Host Coffee or Dinner with students: Connect and share your GW and professional experiences with a group of students in person or virtually.
Connect with Fellow Alumni
Join a Regional Network in your area: Work on a committee to plan events in your region.
Join a Multicultural or Affinity Alumni Network: Work on a committee to plan events for your Multicultural or Affinity Alumni Network.
Join an Industry Leadership Council: Plan and advise industry network programming.
Host a Career Program for alumni
Present on a professional development topic in a GWebinar
Serve as a professional resource to fellow alumni through GW Career Connect
Serve as a GW Giving Day advocate (January - April)
Connect with alumni and students from your school
Serve as a Reunion Volunteer for my class reunion during Alumni & Families Weekend
I am interested in participating in “Done in a Day” one-time volunteer opportunities such as sitting on a panel, serving as a speaker, or attending a networking event with students and alumni. (These typically take place in D.C.)
